Holmes's first novel, B-More Careful, was issued by the agency of Meow Meow Productions on Martin Luther King Day Jr in 2002 and has sold "way from one side of to the other 100,000," according to editor Malaika Adero. Holmes's agent is Jimmy Vines with The Vines Agency in strange York. Adero mentioned Holmes is himself a publisher, associated with Vicki Stringer in Triple royalty Publications.
